I have been using acrylic paint in my recent works. On paper or canvas, I would stack the paints over and over again. Then I'd use Chinese painting brushes to repeatedly go deeper with delicate brushstrokes.

Benrei HUANG
New York-based artist Benrei HUANG uses rabbit Nini as the protagonist in her artistic creation. Seemingly plain and everyday with its simple shapes and pure colors, yet infinitively imaginative, it exudes a relaxed attitude of peace and calm. Through Nini's light-hearted poise, HUANG expresses her philosophy of life, freely conveying her thoughts on different issues and her outlook on life.

Jimmy LIAO
With more than 20 years of artistic career under his belt, Jimmy's keen sensibility enables him to use his delicate brushstrokes to create poetic images. His works always blossom into magical flowers that heal the heart and soothe the troubles and sorrows of people living in the modern world. Rabbits we normally consider small and submissive are transformed into gentle giant creatures in Jimmy's paintings. Their big round eyes seem to be hiding many imperceptible secrets. In the painting, the rabbit and the little boy are venturing into the forest at night enveloped in a mysterious and entrancing atmosphere.
